Patricia also makes check-out super stress free. She makes you feel pampered, yet feel like family at the same time. We would definitely stay here again!

  Absolutely amazing property accompanied by amazing owners. The personalized check in was great, the house was beautiful and modern, and spotless.

The house comes with everything you need... read more to enjoy the beach and to feel like home, they even provide two coolers. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. There’s a gas grill, outdoor shower, modern appliances, etc.

We will definitely look for this property on any future trips. Trip note, Bob’s Bar has good food at a good price, great views, and live music on Wednesday’s, it was our favorite spot for dinner.

The pool was a plus and our daughters loved the hanging egg chair and outdoor shower. The closest beach was not our favorite, so a car is a must! If you are looking for a 2-3 bedroom to sleep 5 or more people, look no more, this Villa is for you!! Two minute walk to Long Bay Beach is easy, you can see the ocean from the balcony! The pool is perfect for a dip after a day at the beach.
Patricia is an amazing host who has thought of everything. Little details like coolers, a wireless speaker to take out by the pool, dish soap, spices, ample beach towels and more made it a vacation with no worries! My family and I will come back, Turks and Caicos is magic…and this villa was the ultimate home away from home. Book it, you won’t regret it!

The villa is in a nice, safe neighborhood. It’s walking distance to a beautiful beach.

If the few below issues can be addressed, this property would be perfect!

cons:

• The owners will randomly pop up and text.It was very uncomfortable for my guest.
• Be prepared to sign a contract/rental agreement outside of Airbnb
• Be prepared to present your personal credit card to the host for incidentals and they will charge you .50/kw of electricity you use over a certain limit, during your stay. Our stay was only for 5 days.
• The hot water does not stay hot longer than 5 mins, so be prepared to take cold showers
• The AC in the room downstairs does not stay cold
• Be prepared for a required, tour of the property by the owner.

  An overall incredible experience. Turks Haven was probably the best Airbnb experience we've ever had. The villa itself is outstanding. It's new and modern, and was immaculately cleaned and landscaped... read more when we checked in. It's private, the pool is great and there's plenty of space and lounge around outdoors. The beach is just a short walk away.

Every room has its own air conditioner, the beds and linens were extremely comfortable; we slept very well. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. The TV and wifi worked great.

For us, what set this villa apart from other rentals is how much care and detail Patricia and Marvin have put into the property. They had _everything_ we needed: towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, laundry detergent, small toiletries, soap, basic pantry items. When we arrived there was a thoughtful arrangement of snacks and water provided. We came with our young kids and the pool had been set up with inflatable toys. They provided a local phone to use in case we needed to make any calls.

Communication with Patricia was also fantastic. She was very responsive and was able to answer any questions we had throughout the trip. She also was very accommodating; picking us up and dropping us off after check out.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat. I don't think we could have picked a better place to stay in TCI.

p.s. it's definitely worth renting the car they have available to explore around the island.

The location... read more is perfect for a quite get a way with the most beautiful beach across the street. We enjoyed grilling poolside and relaxing in the beautiful back yard. The home is breathtaking. We will definitely be back and I would recommend this because it’s more than a place to stay, it’s a great experience.
