This was my 1st experience with VRBO and I must say that Marvin and Patricia have really set the bar high. They were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to take full advantage of our trip. Marvin met us at the airport. They have arranged everything for our rental car which got our trip off to a smooth start. Marvin escorted us to the home where Patricia was waiting to give us a tour of the home. It was truly our home away from home. They spared no expense and the house was absolutely fabulous. The swimming pool was perfect, the 2nd level had a wrap around balcony with a hammock and a patio set. Laying in the hammock in the evening was heavenly as I looked up at the stars and enjoyed the cool breeze. I can’t begin to say enough about their home and all of the amenities. We ventured out every day but we really enjoyed our time at the house. We will be back before the end of the year and we will stay here again and again. What a spectacular home and two of the most gracious, attentive & sweetest hosts we have ever met in Marvin & Patricia! From the moment we stepped off the plan Marvin was there to greet us with cold water and his infectious personality. Marvin took us to this incredible villa and his wife Patricia was there to greet us. They showed us everything about the villa and the villa has everything, including a gorgeous view of the ocean.
They helped with any excursion, restaurants or places of interest we wanted to visit. We asked were could we find sand dollars (they have a special meaning to us) without leaving the island, we ventured out to no avail, however; the next day Marvin brought us 7 sand dollars he obtained via one of his many friends on the island. My wife & I were touched by his genuine and warm gesture. It is that type of personal care, attention and heartfelt kindness that Marvin & his wife Patricia gave us, which was unprecedented in all of our nearly 20 years of booking homes on VRBO. Their villa is definitely one of the nicest, classiest and comfortable homes we have ever stayed in. The sunrise balcony to the sunset balcony to the amazing pool & everything in between – this villa is a beautiful paradise!!!
Everything was sparkling! We received the red carpet treatment from Marvin and Patricia. It’s a brand new house with wonderful added touches that made staying there so comfortable. We loved the pool, the spacious rooms, and the very cool chandeliers in the main living area. Everything on their ad was correct, and often better than expected. Kudos to Marvin and Patricia for providing helpful advice! Not having to worry about renting a car was a tremendous bonus on an epic trip.
